A CDRS Elite Agent is a member of the America's Home Rescue 12-Month National Short Sale Coaching Program.  The CDRS Elite Agent receives the most advanced training, guidance and support offered through the CDRS Certification Program and must close a minimum number of Short Sale transactions each year to maintain this Elite status.  Our CDRS Elite Agents have specifically committed themselves to specializing in working with homeowners who may be facing foreclosure and facilitating a Short Sale when this is the homeowner’s best option.
